Recently I had Bob come out to my house to fix a pipe under my sink for the dishwasher. He ripped me off for 190.00. He said he had to go to 2 places to get a little tiny gasket. Another plumber informed me that it was not a needed part. After calling him he said the part was needed but refused to refund any part of the bill. He took advantage of me, I would never call Drain Masters again since Bob is the only plumber, and he is the Owner.

I am a single mom with a limited income. I am always nervous about service providers, but Bob was wonderful. He was courteous, professional and very pleasant. He was much cheaper than other companies I had called. He’s very experienced and has been doing this work for over 30 years. I would highly recommend him!!!

Needed the pressure lowered in our pipes coming into the home. Bob didnt have a pressure gage and just guessed.....asked him to come back out with a gage, and a week later he still hasn't returned. Now we are out 100$ and we have too low of water pressure. I do not recommend this company. I will update my review if anything changes.
