I called weber when I was having issues with my drain draining slowly they were able to come out the next day after I had my tank cap dug out. They cleaned out my tank and checked to make sure my system was still working properly. Unfortunately it was not but the called one of there techs to see what was going on. He said he could come out after they finished up the job he was on it would be a few hours but they would get there today. Few hours went by and Ryan there tech called and apologized said his previous job took longer then they thought but he was finishing up and headed right to my place
