Came home in the late afternoon to a sewage backup in my basement. Called my regular plumber and found out that they didn’t do sewer issues- they recommended Crane. After initially overreacting and telling them we needed an emergency visit, we later changed our minds and scheduled a visit for the next day. They were SO NICE about everything. Very kind about us being a little flustered, totally upfront with pricing, kept me updated so we’d know when they’d be arriving, and Kris did an amazing job!! He was super friendly and helpful, got the job done way faster than I thought was possible,

Great for basic and emergency septic pumping but be cautious when hiring them for anything beyond that. In my experience they came out to check for septic blockage and disregarded where I told them my leech field was and ended up connecting a pipe to an unopened end of a fitting which caused me to fail a needed dye test and charged $780 and act like they did nothing wrong when I contact them about the problem.

I had this company finish a raised septic system that was left unfinished by another contractor The owner Mark came in and promised the world to us but the moment the half was payed up front Everything changed. The job kept getting pushed back calls were going unanswered and the price jumped almost $8000 after work got started. The yard was tore up and trying to get it repaired is a joke. IF I could could get the owner Mark to respond to me he would send people out with very minimal supplies and would not tell the crew everything that needed to be repaired. We bought our dream house and after living there 6 months we had a major disaster. The 30 year old cast iron pipe had deteriorated. Causing a backup destroying carpet the and parts of the wall. This was a finished basement. I called Mark and he sent Phil out. Using a camera he located the problem. Thinking maybe we could breakup the concrete and fix the bad section. The whole drain ended up being replaced which meant breaking up concrete the length of the basement.This was a major undertaking. It all worked out well in the end.Mark was fair on price and I highly recommend his company.

I highly recommend Crane. I was in a situation where the plumber I hired stopped communicating with me, and I had a severe plumbing issue with a grinder pump that left my 3 kids and I without the use of our water (except for minimal usage) for a week. The other plumber left parts on my lawn, wouldn’t answer my calls or messages for 4 days. Mark and his team came immediately, and developed multiple solutions to fix the issue, so that my kids and I could go on with life as normal as possible. (all this during quarantine, so I couldn’t go anywhere else to do laundry, or shower at the gym). I will

Kris was the gentleman who came out to do work on our septic. He was fantastic! He was extremely informative, helpful and simply went above and beyond. I have 4 children and he would not leave the hole he dug without another adult present because he wanted to ensure their safety. I have also spoken with Mark, the owner, and he was extremely kind! I highly recommend them!

I called at 8:00 this morning, my Mother’s sewer needed to “snaked” asap. The gentleman on the phone said he could get someone there within an hour or so. That was great, because not one other place I called yesterday in the Syracuse area returned my call! I received a call from Kris that he was on his way, and he was at my Mom’s in about 40 minutes or so from Oneida. He was extremely professional and helpful. We used Crane at our old house for septic pumping and then water testing and treatment before we sold it. When we had issues with our water at our new home I knew I wanted Crane to help us again but wasn't sure if they serviced our area but sure enough when I called and asked they were more than happy to come out and help us again at our new location. We had a contaminated well and Mark came and got us set up with a UV system to clean up our water. The process was fast and he got someone out here within a weak to install the system and now we have clean water thanks to Crane. Always a pleasure

The Crane Company came to my house to install a new sewer line in the first week of May. It is now the end of July and I'm still waiting on them to repair things they broke. It took 7 weeks of calling and getting the Village to call to have them come fix the sidewalk that was left a hazard simply because they couldn't bother making the dirt even. They re-graded half of the yard and then left the rest undone. They offered to do a regrade included with the price so I'm not sure why they offer them if they can't come back for 2 to 3 months to do it. They also didn't fix
