Amazing customer service! Anthony took so much time to explain the whole process to me and he made sure my husband and i were comfortable with everything and answered so many questions i had Lol.. great company, they truly care about people! Our roof looks phenomenal! Best part is, all we had to pay was our deductible to get the full roof replacement! I referred him to my neighbors and we are so very pleased! That last wind storm did a number to my property, especially my roof. Several of my cedar shake shingles ended up on my front lawn. That was easy to clean but left my roof looking quite bad. Fortunately I was able to find Sterling Exteriors online and gave them a call. They were able to schedule a consultation the same week and within a month or month and a half I was able to get a whole new roof approved my insurance company. I have never had to file a claim before but they assured me they would help me throughout the process including meeting with the adjuster. Sure enough I was approved and

Got a knock on my door from a friendly sales person explaining the hail damage and storm damage that occurred last year so I heard them out. They offered a free inspection so I let them up on my roof. They took some pictures to show me and there really was some clear signs of damage. Process was easy enough and they communicated with my insurance provider and me to make everything easy to deal with. WE GOT APPROVED! They scheduled the workers to take care of my roof and like that we had a new roof the same day they removed the old one. If I ever had storm damage again I will definitely choose Sterling
