Researched and found the car I wanted and it was 100 miles away. Had a fixed price in mind and decided to contact Grand Motors. Made my offer, immediately accepted! Drove down on daughter's birthday, took 30min to finalize transactions, then drove away in an exceptionally detailed BMW Powerhaus. This is the way I prefer to conduct business.

Izat was a pleasure to work with. I found a VW Tiguan online I liked and went to see it on his lot the next day. I felt no high pressure sales tactics. He was straight forward and answered all of my questions. He explained financing and how to get approved regardless of your credit. He's willing to work with you, if that's what you need. I ended up negotiating a great cash price and purchased the the car the next day. Paperwork took about an hour. He gave me a hug before I drove off the lot, and I thought that was so sweet.

This dealership knew it was selling an unsound car and sold it anyway saying nothing was wrong. I bought the car in November and it's January now. I thought the car was for an awesome deal and I trusted he was selling a decent car considering I told him I needed it to drive across country on short notice...well it's been to the dealership multiple times for the numerous problems with the car and flat out ignored issues all over the country that would have been impossible to miss by any mechanic. I was absolutely happy that I went to this particular dealership, especially because the two brothers that run this dealership were very helpful, and went the extra mile to work out a deal that would fit my resources. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and I had done extensive research online to find the vehicle that I was looking for, and the right place to get it from. There were only about three places that had the Ford I was looking for, and I proceeded to make phone calls to ask questions and I also did a couple of credit apps. Two brothers run this car dealership. They really work with you to get the best possible deal! I first spoke. With Izzat on the phone. He asked a bunch of questions, and I felt comfortable to come in. Then I worked with his brother Kenny, who worked hard to get me financed at a monthly payment lower than I expected! All in all, an awesome experience! There is no pressure whatsoever.
