For years, we’ve driven from Bossier to Minden for service on our vehicles. Their service department is second to none and they always make things right if they didn’t fix it the first time. Their customer service needs to be replicated by all dealerships!
As my dad and brother have both bought their vehicles from there, I can tell you that they don’t quit caring after the sale. From sales to service, they’re customer oriented!

I have never had a quicker oil change! It took less than a day to get an appointment for service, they got me in and out right away! Everyone was friendly throughout the entire process. Having just moved, I needed someone to service my car after a longstanding relationship with Larson Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Washington state. I found the right place!

Fantastic experience. Sales and Finance went above and beyond to make our experience flawless. To start our experience, we showed up at almost closing to look at one truck and they stayed with us well past closing to make sure we got to drive the truck and answer all of our questions. They obtained our financing quickly. We were so impressed we found another truck there and ended up buying 2 Trucks!! We highly recommend Brown, they made us feel like family!

My family has been loyal to Dodge for decades. The last few we bought have had way too much trouble with electric issues. We are not buying another Dodge. I have a minivan and my Dad has a 1 ton diesel truck. Both have changed our minds about staying with Dodge. I am giving this location 5 stars because of the services provided by the shop. We have gotten honest advise and good service for our vehicles here. The shop foreman is a good guy. We don't feel like they spin things trying to nickel and dime us here. Dodge makes good looking products. Just wish they put as much focus on reliability of
