It's important to have your heat pump on a Maintenance plan with service at least every year. Inspect electric terminals, and, if necessary, clean and tighten connections, and apply non conductive coating. Verify correct electric control, making sure that heating is locked out when the thermostat calls for cooling and vice versa.

Our air condition tubes leaked. The whole unit was replaced the next day. I am not sure if they are the cheapest, but the prices for the replacement were comparable to others. The biggest factor for me was being able to talk to the same person throughout the process who also made me feel that he was personally responsible if I had any questions, concerns, or problems. I would definitely do business with John again and have recommended him to family who had issues with their ac system.

Tried selling us a new a/c system and overcharged saying if we went with them in 24 hrs they would credit back some money on the install from the repair fee that was over $300.00. They would not send me the contract to look over as promised on the install. They told me there was an issue with the Motherboard however another company I hired shortly after that said that was not the issue, it was actually something else. Bad all around.

I was given a recommendation to above all air from a friend. I never used them before, but I was willing to give them a try. I was very apprehensive about having ANOTHER AC company come out since I had really been screwed over by a local company here. It's sad that one ROTTEN COMPANY SPOILS IT FOR OTHERS. Anyway, Chris showed up, and he was so very professional. I felt like I had known him for a very long time. He explained everything to me and I felt very well informed . Reliable and honest is the best way to describe this company. I received an estimate immediately after requesting one online, and setting up the appointment was easy. Chris, the technician, was friendly and very mindful to not leave a scratch on my wall around the work area. He let me know what needed to be repaired immediately and what I could do later to enhance my ac system. This is important because when it comes to repairs, I'm highly suspect of people trying to sell something that isn't urgent or needed. Above All Air came out to fix my AC unit, they were the third company I had called. I had already spent $500 on repairs that did not fix my AC unit. John with Above All did a very thorough inspection and told me that based on the age of my unit, they could do a few repairs but they would all be temporary fixes. After I decided to replace the unit they were back the very next day and replaced my entire system for a very reasonable price. They were professional and thorough and clean. I could not be happier with the service I received.

Excellent and honest service. I will definitely be using them again if I need any future repairs. Andy was very knowledgeable about the ac unit and explained everything he was doing as I observed the repaired process. They do not charge a diagnostic fee which is a plus in comparison to the other companies. I got quoted from champion ac and they wanted to charge me way more than what I was expecting. Don’t hesitate, call them first!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I have used this company twice now to install new AC units in different homes and each time they do not disappoint. After install they've returned without question for any minor adjustments needed and always with a smile. They're pricing and customer service is unbeatable. I had another company show up before above all air and they gave me an astronomical quote, so just to make sure it was fair I wanted to get a 2nd look at it from someone else and I am glad I did because it was nowhere near what the first company said it was, they fixed the issue right away, where the other person had said that i was going to need all these parts. Couldn't have asked for more. Seeing their great reviews on Yelp, we asked Above All Air to come over for a maintenance call on our HVAC system 3 days ago. John said everything looked fine, so I was feeling good. Yesterday, the A/C unit stopped cooling in the afternoon - only warm air coming out of the vents and the indoor temp rose 6 degrees by 8pm. I called John and they were here this morning by 11am. They located the source of the problem - a bad capacitor. Quickly repairing the unit, John surprised us by waiving the charges, since we had already paid for the checkup on Monday.

Their technical expertise surpassed the "marketing level" expertise that the big business offered (which was superior to the other two rejected companies). I bought a 2-stage system at a somewhat higher price than a single stage blow and go unit, but the performance has been phenomenal. You will not hear it operate yet the area becomes cool.
Bottom line: I am more concerned about a lowball offer that may need extensive repairs before it's time then I am about paying a small ncremental amount more than I expected and getting exactly what it is I need for the next 10 or 15 years

Our A/C was making a funny noise and stopped working. When I called John, I explained what noises the A/C was making and he was able to tell me over the phone it could be one of two things. He even was able to tell me rough estimates of how much each option may cost. This happened on a Sunday afternoon and he was able to make it out first thing that Monday morning. On top of being able to come out within 24hrs, he also returned my call within 30minutes!
