These guys are AMAZING!
I was so frustrated with trying to find a concrete contractor for a small job (patio and shed pad) I was ready to give up. Other contractors either wouldn't respond to my request for a bid, added a small job surcharge, were several months out even for a bid, or just dropped off the planet mid conversation.
KALKO responded to my bid request immediately. They had someone out to my home two days later. Their pricing was exceptional. They got me on the schedule for the job within two weeks. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME!!! And they did an exceptional job!!

Overall unhappy with my experience.
The owner was a good guy and professional but one of the workers was rude and very unprofessional. He even said he knew we were going to be a problem client because we went out and asked questions and confirmed what was agreed upon during the bid. There were several things that were brought up during the bid that the workers wanted to do differently, one was that they were supposed to remove a concrete pad outside our door, they said they would remove it and then decided not to, saying that by leaving it there it would strengthen the new patio? We hired Kalko to expand our back yard patio and they did a great job. They explored options with us and were responsive to our questions (and our slight changes of plan along the way). There were a few delays and frustrations due to a concrete shortage and dealing with the concrete providers, but they were able to finally schedule a different concrete provider and finish our patio and it looks great! Overall they were pretty accommodating and we're happy with the finished product.

They did a great job. They were responsive and awesome to work with. The only reason I deducted a star is because they left the edges of the lawn and the sprinklers they dug up a mess, which caused problems with neighbors. Other than that they were amazing and we absolutely love our extended driveway. I will probably use them again to extend the patio in the back.

Kalko redid the concrete in my backyard next to my deck and a new sidewalk out to my gate. I’m thrilled. The sagging and cracking concrete is gone. Everything is perfect now. No longer a hazard. Just beautiful new concrete. They also did a fire pit area for us. Professional, kind and they cleaned up after the work was done. I will definitely call them again. Thanks so much.

We had an RV pad poured and these guys did great work! They got it done quickly and it looks great! They made sure they knew exactly what we wanted and let us put our handprints in the concrete! Super nice guys and a great deal for the pad! Will definitely recommend them to friend and family!

We got a bid from multiple people, but these guys came in at a great price, but more importantly they were amazing to go into explanation and help us figure out what we wanted. From start to finish they answered every odd question I had, and were so great to work with. I was sad when the project was done because these are the guys you’d want to just hang out with they are so nice.
