If a property is found to have termites and Versatile Pest Control is used to treat the infestation then we will waive the inspection fee. In regards to real estate transactions, our technicians do have access to Supra keys so we will not need homeowners or agents to be on site in order to complete the inspection.

We have a spider problem in our house. We scheduled an appointment and somehow got missed. Called them and they made it right came out the next day and did an amazing job. Very thorough and explained all the services they provide. They went the extra mile to take care of our home. We definitely recommend them and we use them in the further. Ryan and his team are so great! We got bed bugs from an apartment complex and have been extremely difficult to get rid of because we tried to treat it ourselves first. (PS: Don’t do try to treat bed bugs yourself with products from the Home Depot or Lowe’s. They don’t work and it just makes it worse!) Ryan answers every text and phone call and comes out ASAP. His rates are super affordable and is very knowledgeable. He’s seen and treated it all, and will definitely take care of your pest problems.

We have had numerous pest control companies in the past. Ryan is the only one that really takes his time and does a thorough job. Most companies spray the perimeter and only get the source of the problem if they happen to fall upon it. Ryan actively seeks out the nests to eliminate the source of the problem. He uses the best products, but his service is unbeatable. I highly recommend Versatile Pest.
