TruckFrat provides local moving, hauling and delivery services for people in the community who are looking to move on a budget and save money. They offer unbundled prices and no 2 hour minimum charge. TruckFrat began in 2015 delivering IKEA products to customers in Athens, Ga. After talking with customers about how convenient their service was, TruckFrat made the move and started offering on-demand delivery from a variety of big box stores.
In 2017, TruckFrat expanded into the moving industry and started providing local moving services for customers in the metro Atlanta area. We pledge to provide all of our customers with exceptionally good customer service and to provide the best moving experience possible. Atlanta traffic can be hell, so if you have the opportunity to stay close to your job, that will eliminate a lot frustration. If you ask anyone who commutes back and forth to Atlanta on a daily basis, they will tell you that Atlanta traffic is unpredictable. If you're getting ready to move soon, you may find yourself sifting through a bunch of clothes that you no longer need or wear.

These gentlemen did a great job. Very polite, patient, helpful beyond what was listed as part of the job. Josh was very responsive start to finish; took the time to understand what was needed and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them the next time I need moving services.

I’d rate these guys 10 stars if I could - they really helped us out in a huge way!! Not only did they come out to help on a day they usually have time off, they arrived early! They were quick and careful with our furniture and boxes. We appreciate their prices, but honestly, they deserve to charge more than what we had to pay. Hoping these guys will be available next time we have to move.

TruckFrat was awesome. They moved my entire 1 BD apartment to a house in an hour and 15 minutes including the drive time. They were friendly. Knowledgeable about how not to damage floors and door jams. Some Great guys! Thank you so much TruckFrat!

No sooner had I requested for a ‘moving service’ on Thumbtack than I received a call from TruckFrat.
They agreed to move all my house items on a Sunday. Their service was also budget friendly as they did not have any ‘minimum time’ constraint.
On the day of the service, they were right on time and throughout the service they made sure their work quality was top-notch.
They moved all my stuffs (that included around 50 cartons, some bags, two sofas, one full-size bed, five tables, a few chairs, and an exercise machine) from

I used this company for a very LAST minute move. The other moving company I hired left me hanging and never showed up, didn't call, nothing. I called TruckFrat and they were kind enough to fit me in at the last minute. Two guys came to help me with an in-house move. They were professional and patient and took very good care to make sure nothing was damaged. What had become a long, drama filled day was over in a manner of an hour when they arrived.
The only thing is that TruckFrat is only insured when your items are on their truck. So that means if something happens in your home- YOU are liable
