We moved yesterday. Reliable went far beyond our expectations. This was a positive experience from the estimate all the way thru the move. The staff was friendly and professional. We had a lot of antiques. Everything was wrapped well. Not to mention we had two safes and a great deal of heavy items. The owners came out gave us a estimate noting all that was being moved. Highly recommend this company 100 percent.

My booked movers canceled our move two days before they were suppose to come leaving us stranded. Every mover was booked. By luck Jennifer answered my email at 9 at night and was able to squeeze us in even though they had a tight schedule. The guys were fast, smart, good humored, and were extremely careful with our large house move. I love the fact they list their pricing right on their website and cover so much detail. Do not hesitate to use Reliable Movers. Knocked it out of the park with value, professionalism. The guys were top notch- knew their stuff. Cautious with everything, but with the antiques they were super-extra cautious. Responsive to needs. Quick too. Can't say enough good of about them.

In this pandemic era, everything is reactive, particularly employment and locations. Living and working in NYC now has a different reality. A family member had to relocate at last minute notice, and Reliable Movers rose above the expectations. With barely 6 hours notice, Reliable Jen arranged a Same Day Pickup. I cannot praise them enough, and the staff is so cordial and efficient, totally customer oriented. Refreshing experience in this day of customer disappointment. The name "Reliable Movers" says it all. Call them. You will be amazed.

We used Reliable Movers this past weekend to move my Mom from her long standing residence in Herkimer, NY to Baldwinsville, NY. From the first contact with Reliable they were great, thank you Jen!
The two guys they sent to perform the move did a GREAT job, I couldn’t believe how fast they were able to move our stuff … on both ends of the move. Both guys were very polite and professional and took great care of my Mom’s furnishings. I would not hesitate for a moment to use your company again should the need arise.

So quick and efficient!! We had large bedroom sets including 2 loft beds. Movers arrived right on time, dismantled loaded moved reassembled the entire house in 3.5 hrs. Phenomenal service and such a stress relief on us!

We moved from NY to GA, Mike and Jen were fantastic and took real good care of our things. Communication was really good, if we had any questions they answered right away. The loading in NY took about an hour, they had 6 guys that dismantled, wrapped and carried our furniture to the truck. When we arrived to GA, Mike and Jen were there and coordinated the unloading. We didn't have a speck of damage and everything was as we sent it. Their price was great, I'd highly recommend this company whether you're moving locally or out of state.

I can't say enough about the Reliable Movers!! They came and gave me a estimate based on what they saw in my house and I had the contract the next day. They gave me a fair estimate and they stuck to the price. No hassles, they showed up on moving day and worked and work. No slackers for sure.
They were careful and they set the bed and furniture as well. All the fellows were polite and respectful. I don't give reviews very often but they really worked for they 5 stars! You will be happy with them.
