Cisco's Roofing and Gutters has been a family-owned business since 1990. Owners Juan Francisco Del Cid and Francisco Javier Del Cid (father and son) have a combined 50+ years of roofing experience. All of our crewmembers and employees are journeymen roofers with experience ranging from 8 to 25 years.
Installation - No job is too big or too small, Cisco's Roofing and Gutters has the experience and crew for your residential or commercial building. We even provide ancillary products such as gutters, skylights and solar panels. Here's why - it's important that all elements of your new roof are high quality products and that theyve been installed correctly.
What kind of warranty can I expect? California law requires that roofing contractors provide a two-year workmanship warranty. For all of our projects, we offer a five-year workmanship warranty. And the manufactures offer their warranties as well. For composition roofs, the warranties vary by manufacturer - 20, 30 and 40-year up to lifetime material warranties.
Cisco's Roofing installs various types of superior asphalt shingles roofing systems. Each designed to meet different client requirements for the best roofing solution for your project. Concrete tile: Slate, shake tile, villa tile, Spanish tile, These tiles come in lightweight versions. We install seamless gutters such as 5-inch, 7-inch fascia gutters and O.G. gutters and we have custom colors available.

We recently had our roof and gutters replaced by Cisco Roofing and we were so pleased with the service and the results! I shopped around a little and quickly decided to go with Cisco because of his customer service and the estimate was very reasonable. He was an amazing communicator by text and email. Cisco spent time explaining the process, helped us pick out the best materials and colors for our home, and checked in with us every step of the way. I highly recommend Cisco Roofing!

We really enjoyed Francisco and his team. They were professional. Allowed my husband to see what they were working on and what needed repairs. The additions from the original quote weren't ridiculously high and made sense after seeing what they could on the roof. They installed both a new roof and covered gutters. It all went quickly in the allotted time they told us it would. The only downside is that the response and call backs sometimes took a while to get back to us. Other than that they were professional, quick and the work was well done.
