The whole team was amazing from Daniel who called me to verify the vehicle I was looking at was in stock and set up my appointment with Abdeel my salesperson who went above and beyond to help me with my purchase, the finance manager was a pro and got me half the interest rate of what I was paying on my last vehicle. Salesman Mikhail was really nice . Finance Manger not sure of his name ( Russian Guy, office to the right) that he sent me too was rude, impatient, and seemed very aggravated with my presence . Quite intimidating. At one point evening raised his voice at me. Would never recommend him. I’ve had other Fiance mangers that were nice before. But that gentleman was the worst..

Be very careful about shopping here. I called ahead to inquire about a car (2022 Lexus GX460 in green) listed on their website. I was assured by text and by phone that the car was on the lot. When I arrived an hour later a person different than whom I was communicating with told me that that car was not available and had been sold the day before. I showed him my text saying that the car was available an hour previously. He went to go check with his manager whom I had requested to speak with. He came back and said the car had been sold two hours ago and that the text was incorrect. Here’s the

Patrick assisted me with my 2021 Lexus NX 300 purchase. I originally came to buy a 2022 Lexus UX but it was sold already. Patrick convinced me to buy the NX instead and I absolutely Love It.
