Loyal customer for years; wouldn't call anyone else. Air conditioner blew a condenser cap on one of the hottest days of the year. Called first thing in the AM, and fixed by 5 PM same day. Was pleasantly surprised they gave me a same-day appointment on what I'm sure was a very busy business day. Technician Quincy was polite, pleasant and patiently explained his work. Their prices are competitive and fair. Very satisfied customer!

Prices are fair and reasonable. This is the second time I have used them and I have been very pleased. Friendly techs and very professional. John was very accommodating and came out same day late in the evening . The house was 90 degrees and once again they were life savors. This time they had to work on my mom’s a/c unit next door. I highly recommend them!

I’d absolutely NOT recommended them. They told me my AC would have zero problems if I closed/covered air vents in my home. Told me it would lower my bill. When in actuality, it can cause it to freeze up. Run harder, cost more and cause mold to grow in closed vents! To me, it sounds like they’re trying to sell me a new AC unit.
