Called Cantrell's for a second opinion having just been told by a competitor that it would cost $1800 to repair my heating system. Jonas visited my home to diagnose my system and found only a faulty switch which I had one to replace it. He swapped it out and tested the system which then ran as it should. I only paid for the service call which you can imagine was a far cry less expensive then their competitors estimate. Call Cantrell's if you want honest and courteous service. This company believes in building a customer base by being honest. As such, I've now become a loyal customer.

We heard about Cantrell’s from someone in our neighborhood. Our A/C went out last night and we called first thing this morning and Jonas fixed it before 11am! We have a newborn and appreciated the super fast and friendly service. Very reasonably priced and we will definitely use them for all future heat and air needs!

I only use Cantrell's now. The service is outstanding and the prices can not be beaten in this area. I really can't express how happy I was with the technician, Jeff, that came out and the company and relieved to find a heating and air company that can assess the issue AND fix it the first time. I've used several other companies in knoxville over the years and was let down every time.

I called Cantrell's Heat and Air at 8:30 AM for AC repair. Tim was at my house by 10:15 AM with the equipment to repair it. I am impressed with Cantrell's quick response and fair repair bill. I will use Cantrell's in the future for my AC & heating system needs.

After two quotes I contacted Cantrell’s for a third just out of curiosity; honestly had no plan to use them. They provided me with a same day quote and delivered a better product for lower price than other companies. Scheduled install for following work day(after weekend). Team called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. They showed up on time and worked together as a team to compete the job; install of a hot water heater, ac and furnace. They even stayed longer to ensure the job was done right and no short cuts were done. After the install they cleaned up all work and answered
