We recently moved into a new home and found ourselves having some problems with the garage door. Sure enough- last week it completely gave out. We actually found Done Right Doors through our home warranty but they were incredibly easy to deal with! He came out to look at the issue Friday and had all of the parts and got us back on the schedule by Wednesday to fix some parts in the actual door and replace our opener for us. The parts he used were really good quality and easy to use and he was super knowledgeable and personable to talk with. We absolutely recommend him and plan to use him for any

Our garage door broke and was stuck 1/2 way up on a Wednesday evening. I called around to all area Garage Door Services that advertised their 24/7 Emergency Service. Only one place truly offered a 24/7 Emergency Service and they came out quickly to ensure that our garage and our home was secure! I highly recommend Done Wright Door Services. We will never call anyone else. Why settle?! Call the BEST first and save yourself a lot of time.

DoneWright showed up on time to review my damaged door.
Explained the issue to me & was open and honest about the situation. Explained the process for installing new door & scheduled the work.
Returned on time 2 days later and replaced the door/rails/trim in about 90min for less than he quoted me at. One year warranty as well.
Excellent experience and will definitely use them again when needed. Support local businesses & give these guys a call.

Done Wright Door Services is the place to go for everything related to your garage door. I called them a number of years ago to repair my old garage door. They showed up on time and charged a fair price for quality work. I just recently had them install a new garage door and they were the cheapest price I could find in the area. When they were installing the garage door, they even noticed a manufacturing defect that they pointed out immediately to me. They could have just installed the door because there is no way I would have noticed the issue. They corrected the problem at no additional charge

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I scheduled a service call weeks in advance and was told that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the technician's arrival. That did not happen and I only had 10 minutes to leave work and get home to meet the company's representative "Vince".
It turned out that the overhead garage door opener could not be repaired and no parts were installed. I was presented with a bill that was outrageous. A service call plus labour!!! I was told on site that this company adds a surcharge of 4% if you pay with a credit card. No one told me this or I would have

Brad and Vince have been out here twice; first for assessment and finally to fix with new parts. Both times these gentlemen were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Last week our door slammed shut with my car inside - trapped!! Immediately called our home warranty company (2-10 Warranty - also great service!) and they opened a ticket and gave me a phone number. We were so pleased with Brad's ability to communicate clearly and effectively about the entire process.
