The owner is a reliable, responsible who made a reasonable charge when installing a new AC system in my home two years ago. Service tech Lonnie Gleitz has been an excellent, enthusiastic technician, with courtesy, attention to detail and even covers his shoes when entering my home, which is rare. I highly recommend.

I was able to set up an appointment on Sunday for my requested time before I went to work on Tuesday. The Air Now associate showed up within the time frame promised. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and within an hour the system was fixed, the bill presented and I was on my way. I made it to work on time and the air runs fine. Daniel was also very professional and easy to talk to. I have had nothing but good experiences so far with Air Now. They have lived up to the stated expectations each time I have called them.

I have been very pleased with this company. I had an older air conditioner that was working fine, but I wanted a new, more efficient unit before the old one died because it wouldn't be worth putting much money into. They sold me a great unit and the technicians are experts, friendly and helpful. They also suggested insulating my attic and blew in twelve inches for a fair price. I notice the difference and have owned the unit two and one half years.
