I was pleased with the work they did. I've used them for several years now. My only issue was that it took so long to get the appointment scheduled. I called in October for my heating inspection under my service contract and they were booked up until December 22nd. I think they need more help. It's never taken that long for an appointment in the past. However I will continue to use them as they do good work.

We had a Trane Heat Pump installed last year and we couldn’t be happier with the unit and the service Climate Control has provided. The unit has been energy efficient which has saved us money. We had our semi-annual check up today and the tech explained to us all the checkpoints. Our air filter had not reached the point of needing to be replaced. That was impressive to us and greatly appreciated to not replace the filter if not needed. Since we do not have high volume traffic and multiple animals our filter didn’t need replacing.
