I had a great experience at LUX Auto Sales! Boris and the crew were great. We got a great car at a great price without any hassles. Paperwork was quick and easy, too!

We traveled 8 hours and found a baby sitter to purchase a vehicle posted. They were really kind over the phone and everything seemed to line up great until we got there and saw that the car was in much worse shape than what we had read and what we could see in the photos. There were multiple spots where the car had rusted, the windshield was broken, etc. It was an older vehicle and figured we were paying a lower price for high mileage, not high milage and a busted up car. I just wish there would have been photos posted of these things so we could have known and kept looking. We did not purchase

This place is a rip off. I purchased a vehicle from them and they did not disclose a “financial service” charge. I asked the sales rep what the overall price I was paying for the vehicle and she blatantly lied to my face and showed the cost of the vehicle and nothing else about $8080 charge to have the vehicle financed. I highly suggest not going here. So now I am paying 28k plus tax and was told that I was only paying 20k. DO NOT GO HERE.

Came here to look at a couple vehicles because I could not believe the prices they were posting.
Rebuilt title on many of their cars, hence the huge price drop on cars you would normally find at a higher price. Sketchy financing, sketchy paper work.
Oh did I mention, sketchy reviews.
This is your typical Russian chop shop selling fixed up wrecked cars.
Reviews that have been left are by fake accounts that they made and their family members.
Buyer beware.

Good service before the sale was final, but then very frustrating. Because of the rebuilt title and moving, there was some complicated paperwork. I had a LOT of issues with timely communication including unreturned calls, texts, and emails. They were very reluctant to do anything extra to help, and because of the long delays incommunication, my temporary registration expired before I even got the title to transfer it to my new state. All of this would have been ok if he took any responsibility for his part in the delay and apologized, but he continued to make excuses and talk about what more I

Purchased my Lexus GX470, was very happy with my experience. Car was in great working order, all fluids changed, full tank of gas, owner purchased and gave me free 90 day warranty on the vehicle. Everything was disclosed about it, got the car fax report and paperwork was fast and easy. My other vehicle I was able to leave on consignment which they sold it very quickly.
