Yesterday I went to help my sister get into new vehicle and I just wanna thank Naomi Carreno for helping us out. She was the best. She made us feel so comfortable and was really honest with us the whole time. We ran into a problem but she helped us get through it. We got my sister into a new van. Thank you Naomi! Overall experience with Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is bad. It started in 2004 with them lying to me about complimentary oil changes when I got a vehicle. Back then I had got warranty for vehicle, about 2 weeks in brakes locked, towed vehicle to them and I was told it not covered under warranty because problem is dues to usage :), 2 weeks of usage. All I can say get things in writing, double check what you sign and receipt. If you can make the trip down to Seattle dealership to it.

Service manager has no respect for customer service A service technician did not do a diagnostics last week when I came in to get a fuel pump switched And Also ask the technician to run a diagnostics on my car Because I had an error code for my suspension come up That said it needed an immediate fix said service's technician Did not run diagnostics but said my suspension is working fine. My suspension is not working at all in my jeep it has air lift and it is stuck. On the lowest setting. Went to get It looked at again today and bring up that my suspension is not working like the technician said

I have bought several vehicles from Dwayne lanes and over the years each time is better and better. Paul and Kyle and the rest of the team were more than helpful from the start of ordering and walking me through all the options to follow ups as the truck went through the production line through delivery and paperwork. I will always go back and buy from a team who cares so much for happiness all the way through ownership. I would give more stars but I am limited! Go see Paul and Kyle! They will take care of you!

This place is rude and unprofessional. They say they will call back and never do. Waiting over 2 weeks for a loaner car so they can fix the many issues wrong with our brand new Jeep Cherokee. Finally we called again and didn't take no for an answer and somehow they had a loaner car ready all of a sudden...
One of the problems with this car stranded my wife and infant child in the cold unable to start the car and warm up until I could get there. They didn't even fix that issue, although they said they did. Guess what, the issue happened again.

I needed to get 2 of my vehicles oil changes done and the day that I went in was one of the few days that I had available to make it happen. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally I used their complimentary shuttle service which was a huge help and time saver to have one car being worked on while the shuttle took me to pick up the other car by the time I got back with the other car the first car was already done and the shuttle followed me up to where I needed to drop off the first car so that he could then pick me up and drive me back to the dealership to pick up the second car
