My salesman, Chase, was an absolute rock star. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. The truck I bought pretty much sold itself, so his work in that department was minimal, but he went above and beyond to keep my 5 year old daughter, who had just spent 2.5 hours in the car, entertained. He played with her, cut balloons out of the decorations on the ceiling for her, and when all was said and done, he put gas in my truck for the ride home out of his own pocket. This upset me, sadly, since I feel like the dealership should have footed the bill for the gas, but I guess it is what it is

I bought a car from Marysville Auto Center in August 2020. I would highly recommend this location and the gentleman who assisted me, Roman.
I submitted an online inquiry and emailed back and forth with Roman about a Jeep. He quickly responded and worked with me to find a time to come by and take a look (appointments preferred due to COVID-19). When I arrived the car was waiting for me out front.
Roman also took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle to see if there was anything else in their inventory that would suit my needs. I didn’t feel pressured by him at all

Great experience! I never liked buying from dealerships or salespeople, but this was a different type of experience. Everyone there was extremely helpful and acommadating. Jimmy is a great salesman with many years of experience who was very friendly and professional. Mike in the finance department was also very helpful and made the process not only seamless but enjoyable. Thanks to everyone at MAC!

Giving them a one star because it won’t let us review without marking at least one. Found a truck that we found on the Copilot app. It said that the dealer was motivated to sell the truck we were interested in because it was listed online for over 70 days. We tried to negotiate a price that would fit into our budget. Was rudely told no, no counter offers. When we asked was was there best deal, they never dropped it a penny!
I can understand if you’re close to your margin, but we were told to come back in and sit with the “boss”...

What can I say, ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR, TRUCK OR SUV! SALESMEN ARE VERY LOW KEY, NO PRESSURE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE CARS THAT THEY SELL. THEY HAVE A 3 DAY RETURN POLICY SO NO BUYERS REMORSE THERE AND THEY BACK THIER PRODUCTS WITH A 3 MONTH WARRANTY. IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THESE PEOPLE. THX JIMMY!

Minty, Sina, Jimmie and their finance officer Shawn are great at getting you the deal you need! They are all 4 very passionate about their job and deserve a pay raise because they are working at a higher level than the rest. If you are looking for a vehicle go see one of these guys they will do everything in their power to help you. I do have a couple complaints about Marysville Auto Center. Other than those 4 gentleman nobody else works as a team. The sales and service department are always working against each other.
