Performamce issues & Battery dead within one month of purchase. I had to return THREE times for different problem each time ! When i went to get First Oil change it cost $191.00. (Transmission plug hanging off...clogged with sludge, Air Filter was clearly NOT changed B4
sale). Many technical things were NOT done when car was sold to me.

Hands down this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I connected with Johnny about a Fiat 500 Abarth and let him know I’m from out of province so I would need his help to check the vehicle for me. Not only did he send me photos and videos of it but he did a live video call with me as well. Johnny was so honest, kind and straightforward and even went out of his way to ensure my vehicle got replacement parts that weren’t even with it when the owner traded it in. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish and he made sure to check into pricing as my province does

Living in the Niagara region, I Worked with Johnny over the phone to line up a nice GMC before I made the trip up to their dealership to pick the truck up. It was exactly what i expected when I showed up and big plus was only having to communicate with Johnny throughout the entire process. Very quick to respond back. It honestly took me longer to set up my insurance for the truck than it did to purchase the truck, including time in the office signing paperwork! Couldn’t ask for better.

I guess in life it's how we deal with disagreements, constructive criticism and in this case a dissatisfied customer that shows character. Upon voicing my frustration "Bob" reached out to me regarding the issues i had... apologized and reimbursed for the expenses incurred from replacing the filter and the fob... i realized that he didn't have to do so but he did and i appreciate it.... because it was the right thing to do.... "we are not defined by our mistakes but by the choices we make after". Thanks for making "things right".

I can't say how impressed I am with the customer service I received today! 2 years ago I purchased a nice truck here and bought an extended warranty. Unfortunately I needed to use it today and JP took care of everything for me. My truck was fixed and JP dealt with contacting the warranty company on my behalf. I'd highly recommend dealing with Broadway Auto. I'm thourally impressed!

Amazingly trustworthy used car sales.
This is long overdue.
I bought a 2001 VW New Beetle, silver, with 88,000 miles on it back in January.
It's an 18+ year-old car, and it was priced like an 18-year-old car, in spite of the low mileage.
It doesn't leak oil. A used car well under $5k that doesn't leak oil. I would have thought that impossible.
It has its minor annoyances as any 18 year old car should.
But, my 16-year-old daughter drives it every day to-and-from school. Drives it to appointments, job interviews.
And I don't worry about her in this car.
I tell everyone

I bought my 2005 Silverado here, it's in great condition and has low miles for its age. This was the best car buying experience I've had. The owner was flexible on the price and I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. He made the process extremely simple. And he's a really nice guy on top of it.

When looking for a used car you never know what you'll get and can you trust the person that sells you the car. Buying from Ron is my best answer to those problems. I bought a car from him that my wife actually likes. We got a great car at a fair price. After looking at other dealerships, Broadway Auto Sales has better prices. Thank again Ron. Ron is seriously the best dealer ever. He let us do our thing out in the lot. We got to search every car without the pressure. We wanted to test drive our car. We drove them and then decided to think on it overnight which was no problem. I repeat, NO PROBLEM. There was no "so what can I do to get you in a car today?" or "BUT WAIT! What if we add _____?"

I received horrible service with a visit to this lot about two weeks ago. There was one car on the lot that I was interested in going to see. I took a look around at the inventory before a guy came out to greet me. There was some small talk and I told him what car I was interested in. He responded with "ohh, that car is sold..." When I asked why it was still listed and why it was still at the lot he told me that a person called him earlier and said they promise they would bring a deposit for the car the next morning. I just bought my second automobile from B.A.S. and it was an amazing experience. I am now the proud owner of a 2002 Buick LeSabre. The car was extra-clean and runs like a dream.
