Sold me an awesome little Subaru truck at an amazing price. Had my cat converter stolen and had them do the repair. A little hiccup with insurance, hence my 4 star, but they did me right ultimately. Will def be back for my son's car here next spring.

This review is for my interaction today with Carlos at Autos Only Burien. I'm a truck driver.
I delivered an engine here today for an LTL freight company. Carlos was extremely polite and very helpful. He worked very hard to unload the heavy freight even though he isn't provided the proper tools. Give that man a raise! Also for the sake of your employees please either rent a forklift or have the freight delivered on a box truck.

Shawn was so very helpful to me in searching for another car. I was unexpectedly without any transportation and he set it up so I could come up and get the car and take it back down to my mechanic for a check out. I would absolutely call upon him again for any future auto purchases.

Does not return calls, bad customer service.
My wife and I purchased a minivan 4 months ago at their Burien location. After the initial test drive we noticed that the stereo did not work. The touchscreen was unresponsive. We ended up purchasing the van anyways as it was built into the contract that they would fix the issue with the stereo. I was told by the salesman that they would be ordering a replacement stereo unit and would call us when it’s arrived, so that we could bring in the van.

Excellent service from Steve. I called to see if they still had a ‘98 Toyota Camry LE they had listed for $4,999 on their website. Not only did Steve inform me that it was still there but he also offered me a ride to the dealership after finding out I’d be taking the bus. He had the Camry ready to go when I arrived and did an awesome job of showing me the car including taking it for a test drive. Transaction was smooth and the car’s been driving even smoother. Considering the 4th generation Camry has legendary reliability and this one only has 114,571 miles on it I’m expecting it to last

Noel, Sam, and Shawn all helped make my car buying experience a positive one. These guys provided value & care at every step and worked hard to help me get my first car. I am warning anyone who is even looking to purchase a car here. They are the most crooked car dealer I have ever been to. Not only did thet violate all Bushing laws by wanting to take the car back, that I purchased 2 weeks after the fact. This is illegal. They had 4 days to collect the car if the loan didnt go through, yet they waited over 2 weeks to ask for car back because I didnt except a new contract raising my apr by 10 percent, asking for another 2 grand down, and raising my payments by a hundred. I saw a truck online, I screen shot A picture of it & sent it to my husband. We decided to go check it out in the morning. Not even 12 hours later, right at opening, we swing through the Everett location to test drive the truck.

When we get there, the salesman says something along the lines of he's sorry but the price just went 1k up on that, but NO WORRIES, he was going to do us a FAVOR by calling the manager to ask if they could honor the price. I recently bought a used truck from Autos Only. While they were relatively pleasant to work with during the transaction itself, I soon learned that their customer service ends immediately after you drive off the lot. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Autos Only as a dealer I would do business with ever again.

A few days after I purchased my truck, I noticed that the windshield was leaking water above the rear view mirror every time I left my vehicle parked outside in a rainy weather. Turns out, one thing I did not notice at the time of my purchase was that the windshield was recently replaced

This has been the BEST auto purchase I have ever experienced. Auto’s Only had a great inventory of high-quality vehicles to choose from, with no pressure to buy today. Their sales team, finance department, and service folks are extremely ethical and professional. This occurs because of the top down leadership of Han. Even after the sale and delivery of our Lexus GX 460 he and his team followed up to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I strongly recommend Auto’s Only.

Drove an hour to view a Tiguan.. listing said powered moonroof as one of the options.. Called to verify.. Nope.. so an hour home I drive..

Chris contacted Burien location General Manager "Han Nguyen" and the Service Manager "Cuong" to replace my brakes in a short 3-4 days notice with a "Due Bill: Worked Promised To Be Performed" which I purchased on Saturday.

Monday I dropped off my car at the Burien location and was holding my breath that they would actually get this done timely with a good job. We called in to get the status updates and the sales rep "Herschel", I hope I got his name right

Return my phone calls.......I have an issue with a car that was purchased and was given false information. Car now has an issue.

I came in with every intention to buy this one car, because of the salesman I will not be going back. On top of that the sales man, Armani, straight up lied to our faces. Saying they are the ONLY dealership in the state of Washington to perform a 125 point inspection. This is false. I did my research before going in about what I wanted and expected but it's like I offended him that I wanted a reasonable deal. My husband and I went to Auto's Only last weekend to get our 19 year old son a car, a 2012 Honda Civic Si very nice car. While we did paperwork for the car they washed my car. We thought that was so awesome..… we have never had that kind of service anywhere before. The paperwork was done in a little over an hour and we were headed home.. I have to say everyone was so awesome to us and if I'm in need of another car we wouldn't hesitate to drive from Raymond and get one at AUTO'S ONLY Thanks everyone who made my son a very happy young man.. best Service anywhere !!!

This place is BS do not ever go here. Worst service I've ever had. Cars are dirty. They're not willing to work with you at all and as soon as you have issues with them or the car they treat you even worse. They put off appointments and waste your time.

I bought a car here last week. I had such a great experience! This is how every dealership should operate!

No pushy salesmen. No "bull"! The shopping process was straight forward: it was about the customer finding the right car and paying a price that makes sense for both parties. If you're looking for a used car, I recommend shopping here!

Bought a car there yesterday & nothing but problems. 6 miles from the dealership every warning light came on & alarms sounded then they all turned off with the exception of the battery light. Returned it today & 3 blocks from the dealership the radio died, wouldn't shift into any gears but neutral & drive, nothing electrical worked (windows, Hazards) then it wouldn't go faster than 15mph. This was a real treat on HWY 99 without hazards. Then it completely died on their lot. SWEET JUSTICE when I walked in & said I was no longer purchasing it

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Car experience was very disappointing and a huge headache. I Bought a car here which ended up having a transmission issue just a month after purchase, along with several other suspension issues. I was told by one of the sales man “what do you expect it’s a used car” well I kind of expect an honest car sold that’ll at… least last me even 3 months. After signing all the paperwork and making it official that I had purchased the car, I was unable to drive it off the lot due to insurance reasons, when I had everything sorted out 3 days later

I inquired about a vehicle about 3 weeks ago, every day since I've gotten automated spam emails at 10:33am & 12:28 pm asking me if I'm still interested in the car, want to schedule a test drive, etc.

The funny thing is, the car I originally inquired about was sold 2 weeks ago. Yet, I'm still getting emails asking me when I can stop by for a test drive.

These are your typical used car salesman you're dealing with here...so beware.

I just bought the best looking Acura MDX on their lot yesterday. I was not entirely sure that I could be qualified with trading in an '06 Honda Odyssey with Negative Equity. But Chris, their Manager made it all happen. I cannot thank enough everyone involved - Armani (Sales) Chris (manager), Chris (Owner), and Brandon (Finance). Do not buy a car from here. There dishonest scammers. They had a vehicle on there website listed so my husband emailed them. They asked when we could come look at it we said in an hour. Drove 45 minutes up to the dealership for them to tell us oh we dont have it, that it was at there Everett location. He tells us its 5 min up the road umm no it was 30 in the gps. So we head up to Everett to get there to find out they dont even have the vehicle in yet??? So we waisted 2 hours driving around looking for it and waisted a half tank of gas for them to be dishonest with us thinking they could just sell

Just bought a car at Auto's Only and had a very pleasant experience! I went there with a specific vehicle in mind. I contacted them first and they promptly got back to me so I set up an appointment for a test drive and the car was ready to go when I arrived. The test drive went well (obviously) except that the gas light came on during the drive, but after I'd decided to get the vehicle they sent me home with half a tank of gas. :) The salesman, Hassan, was very helpful answering my questions and attending to the minor details.
