Great experience from beginning to end. Aimee in the digital online department created a smooth and simple transaction and transition to meet our sales person, Kevin Hansen. I do not like buying vehicles at dealerships because it feels like a battle, but at Marysville Toyota the experience was completely different. This is the second time that we’ve been to Marysville Toyota. We love the customer service and the treatment they provide. Even though it was extremely busy today and they were very short staffed our sales person, Gina, did the best that she could with juggling customers and still spending quality time with us. Beware of this service department. I went to the service department when my truck started having speedometer spikes from 50 to 90 mph and all sorts of service lights flashing when I got there I talked with Rudy who said they would get me in. After 4 hours Rudy came out and told me I had a bad wheel bearing bad wheel seal that caused the wheel sensor to malfunction. Rudy didn't have parts but could have them the next day by noon. Rudy said be in by 2:00 and he would get it done. Rudy said the truck is safe to drive even though it has a bad wheel bearing, oil leaking on brakes, dash lights flashing

We just had the worst time trying to pick up our license plates, we live 40 minutes away from the dealership, we drove up tonight to pick up our license plates, when my partner asked for the plates, the receptionist said "I don't have anything under that name are you sure that's the name" my partner says "yes I'm 24 years old I know my name" he offered her his ID at which point she sees his middle name and asks "are you sure that's not your last name?" we're both taken by surprise, you honestly think my partner has somehow gone his entire life

First impressions are everything. I needed a key fob and key for my truck. I called to schedule my appointment and settled on Thursday. at 12:00 I am quoted $27 for the key, $10 for cutting the key, $107 for the fob and $136 for the fob after programming. So far so good, right. I receive a text to confirm my appointment only now it's Tues. I call and get the appointment switched back to Thursday at 11:20 and previously arranged. No text to confirm so no Thursday so I call to check on my appointment. Good thing I did, it moved to 11:45. Again, nothing was confirmed with me. I go in

I went in for an $85 minor service that included oil, oil filter, rotate the tires, top off the fluids. I got pressured to do over $800 worth of service. One item, "Perform Transmission Fluid Service (Sealed Transmission Design)," had already been done at a major tune up at a different dealer. They could see that in my records and when I pushed, they admitted it. I think being a woman had something to do with it. When I called my brother to see if the other things were needed he said to leave the place and never come back which is what I plan to do. I do NOT trust this service department

I will NEVER go here again nor will I EVER refer anyone to this joke of a dealership. They changed me $7000 for a $1200 life ( proce checked it) we had to buy new upper control arms because they didn't replace them like they needed to for a 3 inch lift plus we had to buy new barings. I've been fighting with then since the day I bought my 20201 4runner to fix the mistakes they made. If you buy from here don't ever use the service department or buy anything they have worked on. My husband has a co worker that was a Toyota mechanic for 20 years and he is mortified buy the crappy work

I was absolutely dreading the new car shopping experience but we stopped in last Saturday and test drive a highlander with Jason. We had such a good experience that we came back on Thursday and bought one.
