Everybody knows you need tape and drop cloths, but there is much much more that needs to be done. We take every step to insure a quality finish such as, repairing all cracks, nailpops, unwanted holes, sanding and priming repaired areas. Terms of contract not followed. Troy yelled at my wife when raising issues about not following the agreement.
CONTRACT SAID 2 COATS but they put on one thick coat with a sprayer and then said they were done.
CONTRACT SAID REPLACE SOFFIT TO RIGHT OF CHIMNEY, they simply covered hole with spray foam and caulking.
CONTRACT SAID REPLACE 18 BOARDS, they did 6 or 7.
CONTRACT SAID FILLING ALL CRACKS AND KNOTHOLES, many cracks and knotholes missed.
I had to demand a second coat LIKE THE CONTRACT SAYS. I told him the instructions for the paint even said 2 coats to which point he tells me "They don

We needed to get the interior of our house painted, so I researched online and came up with three different painters to get bids from. Troy came out to our house in a timely manner and walked through and listened to what we wanted done. Troy seemed to have a good background in painting as he indicated the number of gallons of paint that would be needed as we walked through. He did note that the price could vary slightly if any additional paint was needed. Troy sat with us and worked up a quote on the spot so there was no waiting around and his quote was in line, but slighlty lower, than the others

Told us which stain to buy and then, when it covered in most places but wouldn’t adhere to some areas (very streaky!) the owner and the crew both said that’s the best they could do - “it just doesn’t cover on fiberglass very well!” Why’d you have me the product? If you weren’t sure of a satisfactory outcome, why didn’t you just turn down the project? Never again!

Where do I begin. This has to be the worst painting company ever. Initial estimate was fine. Then the work started... Paint all over my floors, paint all over my carpets, paint all over my wood work. No straight edges on ceilings. They moved my washer and dryer and never hooked up the dryer vent so it almost started a fire. Troy is a terrible owner and only got verbally abusive which me which I do not stand for. Please take my advice and DO NOT have this "company" come to your house. If this gets a poor response from Troy I will be glad to post up all of my pictures so I don't recommend you write

Now, you have sent me a message that I find to be rude. You state that I must be mistaken in sending a sour review to neighbors who are asking for painting recommendations. Attached, sir, for your records since you don't seem to retain them, is our invoice, which you, even signed. You will see that it was requested that I buy all materials, which I did. Then when the job didn't turn out as I had requested, you said that the materials must be the problem

Troy the owner came out last minute to give us an estimate on Wednesday, had his crew here Thursday morning and they finished yesterday afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Troy, your team was excellent, answered all our questions and was prompt, courteous and did an incredible job. They removed some older wallpaper in our daughter's room and it turned out gorgeous, even better than I could've hoped for. Thank you for helping us turn our new house into our home with our touches. I hired Alyssa's Painting Painting co this week and I am very happy with the finished project. Troy (the owner) his crew 3 men were very friendly, careful, very prompt on time and respected our home. We had trim, crown, and the walls painted. WOW !! it looks like a brand new house inside. The quote was very reasonable and they did a great job! thank you.
