Nelson Glass replaced a window in my bathroom. Honestly...perfection from start to finish. The glass is an upgrade because of William, Joey and Dan's expertise in installation! I was concerned because I did not have any replacement tiles. They installed without any sign that it was a new piece of glass. The team of three was amazing and I believe actually left the site cleaner than it was. I am beyond thrilled with William, Joey and Dan and Nelson Glass! I would highly recomment!!!

Office lady hung up the phone on me. Offered only one appointment time before saying I wasn't trying to let them do the work. Came out to my house 5 hours before the scheduled time. Broke a window and left it completely uncovered for hours while they left the house for my pets to escape and our cooling bill to increase. Avoid if at all possible.

Found this company on Groupon and scheduled an estimate for my bathroom shower remodel. Also got competitive bid from Gilbert Glass. While both companies were very professional and polite , the quality and price of Nelson Glass was OUTSTANDING by comparison!! Beautiful work !!

Left my review earlier describing our initial issues that have now been resolved. The guys came and installed the trim and repaired the back Arcadia door frame. They seemed cool and understanding of the issues. I have updated this review from 1 star to 4, the only negative aspect of this would be the missed appointments and rescheduling we had. Not sure if that was due to miscommunications or what, but it's fixed now. Hopefully the next time we can just get solid dates for schedules.

I am unhappy with their service.
35x47" peice of untempered class w polished edges ordered.
1. I asked them to confirm by measuring the correct measurment on my peice before I came out to pick it up and they did not want to do it. They said it was labelled with those measurements.
2 The glass comes completely open with nothing covering it and it is dirty.
3. Once home and cleaned there were scratches on it.
4. There remedy was to bring it back and they could try to repair it or would have to order new one.
5. I explained the difficulties of bringing it back in the Kia Soul I picked it up

We had a few windows Sunroom that had broke and I contacted Nelson Glass for a quote. They gave me a good quote and we had Andrew come out to measure. After ordering, he came back for the install. He was professional, quick and just an all around nice guy. Jeff, the owner, and Pam the Office Manager were also very helpful. Great overall experience. Thank you Nelson Glass.

Nelson glass was so professional. I just moved to the area , they came out assessed my windows, had a quote for me the next day and it was well below other quotes I had been given. The job was seamless and done in about two weeks. There is nothing rude about this company, from office to the men that came out they were great. I highly recommend this company.

Nelson Glass is great! i have used them in replacement of my windshields. I have used them for my business and personnel vehicles. There staff is always on time, courteous and efficient. Jeff Nelson, the owner has personally come and replaced one of my windshields to make sure it was done on time. I would highly recommend them.

Was looking for a company that did custom glass and mirrors; not just auto glass. Took four drawn to-scale templates for 4 pieces of glass to protect table tops. It's 4 days later, still waiting for the job quote.....haven't heard a word from them.
So it's more than three weeks later and I still haven't heard a word from them. I had to call them even though it's clearly evident they're not interested in the business. They told me that they did get a reply from their supplier but couldn't tell me why they didn't bother to call me and catch me up to speed

I dropped off a bedroom window for a home we were preparing to sell. I was told it would be ready to pick up in 4-6 business days. After about 12 business days I stopped waiting and called. They had no record of my order, although I had signed papers. The office staff tried to convince me that perhaps I dropped it off at a different glass company. We were looking up a glass place while in the gilbert area and this company came up. My husband went in and it wasnt your typical glass place . It didnt have any showroom just a bunch of desks thrown together Very strange. We ordered a piece if glass which took about a week and a half to come in ... but no one let us know it was in... we called they told us it was in and then the next day they said it wasnt there It was just a piece of cut glass barely sanded not beveled or smoothly sanded so why did it take so long..???

While I did not ultimately have this company do work on my home I did have them give me a quote and I spent a good amount of time talking with several of their employees. I want to specifically call out Carol who worked with me over the phone and personally saw to it that I received everything I needed. Their employees were professional, not pushy, and made sure I understood the details of the products available. For the record, I did not end up working with them because I learned I had a warranty for the glass under the original installer which made the repairs free. I would recommend Nelson Glass

Called and got a quote on June 7th dropped the window off at their office that day. Was told on the phone it would be 12-13 business days guy in the store said 7-9. Called to check on the status of the window once or twice a week told it would be back on June 23rd. It didn't come in something to do with a vendors equipment. Called again was told July 5-6th Just barely got my window back yesterday July 7th after they had it exactly a month.

I highly recommend Nelson Glass. I have messed around with Apache Glass the last few years after they put in a glass shower enclosure. They gave horrible customer service so I shopped around and found Nelson Glass. They are responsive, professional and do the job right the first time. Very fortunate that I found this company. AMAZING COMPANY! I've dealt with many industrial companies during my life, professionally and personally. This place ROCKS! My window broke in my home - decent sized window actually. Had to tape it up so it didn't fall to pieces on anyone, especially my son.
Called 5 different places, spoke to 3 of 5, 2 of those 3 quoted my window the same but never followed up or "Asked for my Business" - didn't seem to care.
