Mellick Construction Company received a million dollar contract to restore the condominium complex at Cabana Key located in Casselberry Florida on the corner of Red Bug and Dodd Rd. The condominium was built in 1985 and needed restoration. This involved removing all wood siding that was rotting, fixing leak damage and removing all windows and restoring wood balconies. Each building was estimated by them to take 5 to 7 weeks to restore and there are 10 buildings in the complex. They started on one building and we are in the sixth week and they are nowhere near complete for this one building.
