They were able to get my roof completed within two weeks of signing the contract. Work crew was able to complete the job in a day and a half on site. Only slight knock was the crew was suppose to remove and take away old gutters, but they did not do that. My gutter guy didn't end up charging me for the removal when he replaced them so wasn't a big issue.
I would recommend Lloyd roofing for residential roof replacement jobs.

They are the best in Tallahassee, I have taken several quotes for our roof replacement and Lloyd's has been consistent, punctual, and attention to details about their quality and reasonable prices. Colbert and Dylan are outstanding, and they stood behind for their commitment. If anyone is reading this review then I would say smart people learn from others experiences and one should not be wasting their time and efforts by taking several quotes from different roofing companies in a town but reaching out to them directly. Second roof Lloyd has installed for me. This one a metal roof on my workshop. As before, once they were done the only way I could tell they had been there was the new roof. Crew politeness and efficiency is top notch. site cleanup is excellent. Highly recommend.

Lloyds installed our roof about 5 years ago. We had an issue with some shingles last year, called and they promptly came out, fixed our issue all under warranty. Recently we had our Overhead electrical utilities moved to underground and needed the electrical pole on the roof removed. Lloyds made an appointment to followup the day of the utility move to come and repair the shingles where the pole was removed. At the same time we had an old weathervane removed from the roof peak and they installed our new one to ensure the installation and shingles were professionally done so no roof leaks. Thanks

I can't say enough good things about Lloyd roofing. Their pricing is more than fair for the quality of work they provide. I loved working with Travis and Julie (the owners).
