We are the only company in San Antonio that has a Break-Even Guaranty. Everyone has warranties, but those are mostly from the manufacturer of the equipment and they are usually set by the industry standards, not your contractor. System design, shading management and equipment pairing is absolutely critical in solar energy production.
A lot of people are going to be kicking themselves when electricity is double or triple and the tax credits and rebates (free money) are long gone and they chose to not buy solar. I had my 30 panel system go down after 5 years due to poor installation by another company. Kellie helped me determine the old company was defunct (surprise, surprise) and then got her crew out to diagnose and later correct the problem with new parts (finding the best deals out there for my inverter and a free optimizer, under warranty) and a swift, timely and very professional installation. She also walked me through getting my system hooked up & mapped for monitoring and was a pure joy to work with. GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

I had my 20 panel system installed in April of 2014. It is now May of 2020 and the system has been great since day one. I have definitely had weeks in the shoulder months where there was virtually no movement on my meter! These guys are always very professional, thorough and on time. Last week, just after the 6 year mark, I noticed a couple of panels were not responding. I called Brittany and she had a crew here THE NEXT DAY who diagnosed the problem and replaced two optimizers. And it was still covered under the warranty! So I can definitely vouch that the great customer service extends long after

I just got my system commissioned. The team was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Don the owner of the company was the one I spoke with and gave me his guarantee that the system will be installed in the exact date and time even though my loan took some time to get approved. As a first time solar system owner, I’ve received all the information that I needed to know ahead of time. Advanced Solar did an awesome job of handling my solar panel install. They always Kept me informed of what was going on in the process and took the time to explain to me about all the rebates and how to apply for them. They took care of the CPS rebates for me themselves and left me a folder that had information on the tax rebate form I needed. Their technicians were very informative and happy to explain (no matter how dumb my question.) I would definitely recommend them to anyone who are interested in solar (and I already have.)
