Just imagine in your mind, July 4th, in SC, HOT!!! Then your AC stops working and you live absolutely way off the proverbial "beaten path". Called Kershaw Heating & Cooling and spoke with Ken. Did not even imagine in my wildest dreams that my AC could be fixed today but Ken and Brenda came right out! They were wonderful, had my AC going in maybe 30 minutes. Highly recommend this company for anyone needed AC repair. Being new to the Kershaw area we called Kershaw Heating and Cooling to come in and service our heat pump for our home. Brandan serviced the unit by adding refrigerant to the system; however, it was apparent the 13-year-old unit was not going to make it much further. With the hot months ahead we opted to replace it with a new higher efficiency system. We made an appointment with Ken Roberts to visit and review the current system with an eye for improving efficiency and reducing electrical consumption. Ken made several visits to double check the needed equipment and quoted us a very good "split"

Ken and his crew were awesome. I needed a new heating and air system and being a single mom I didn't know where to begin. They explained everything to me from start to finish and were so helpful throughout the process. Ken gave me several quotes on different models and Brandon explained each one to me. Ken came out to check my installation and duct work before they begin to make sure everything was working correctly. I am so satisfied with the finished product and will definetly use them and highly recommend them to anyone!

An employee who lives down the street from us came over and actually took our unit apart to inspect our air conditioner completely. He was friendly, respected the fact that we have a baby and did not knock, he was efficient and gave us options on how to work with the unit in the future. He also made our house way cooler than it has been. I would refer this company in a heartbeat. It is also very refreshing to see how much your company replies to reviews as well. That is a rare quality to find in businesses today and very impressive.
