Donald Belk and Rick Gay started Belk & Gay Heating & Cooling, Inc. in 1985 after working in the industry for 30 years. We are fully licensed in both North and South Carolina to provide service to Waxhaw, Monroe, and Weddington and surrounding areas in NC and Lancaster, Indian Land, and Fort Mill in SC.

Team can't be beat. If you’re looking for an honest HVAC company that is helpful and won't charge you for unnecessary parts or labor you need to give them a call. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I have several different units and even if they can’t fix the problem they help in finding an answer. There have been several instances when they have come out to my home or tried to answer a quick question free of charge. Great group of people like Rick and Travis. I’ve only been charged when they can fix the problem. Thanks for being there when we’ve needed you.
