I can’t say enough great things about Hubbard! I called this morning cause my gas furnace would not come on, they sent a technician who was fabulous with in hours of my call. Super friendly, fast service ( even got a follow up technical issue call back) professional and easy to talk to! He seen my sons jr dragster rail car and told me about the owner racing which we find amazing! From one race family to another we would hands down recommend Hubbard to anyone and will most certainly use them again!

We returned from being away for 3 1/2 months to an AC that was not working and 100 degrees in our house. I called the emergency number for Airtron who was initially set up to cover our warranty work. They took a message for a service call and assured us someone would call us first thing in the morning. After waiting several hours without a call back I called them again. The representative stated they had no message about us at all and were not available for at least 2 days.
We contacted Hubbard Heating and Cooling via text and had a response in 10 minutes. Joel Jr came out today and diagnosed

We got quotes from several companies to replace our HVAC systems. Only one company (Hubbard Heating & Cooling) treated us like family. All the other companies were pushy and trying to sell more expensive units. Lynn at Hubbard sold a great Trane system, with a great warranty, and the best air purification system we've ever had. My asthma has been much better since installing it. I've also attached a screenshot from our Duke Energy bill, showing that we saved $70 on our bill for Aug 2021 vs Aug 2020. We saved the same amount in July this year.

I have been delighted with our service this past year from Hubbard. They did a maintenance check last fall and again today, on our units. They reached out to me proactively to schedule they routine maintenance visits, which was nice not to have to worry about.
The technician, Greg (Cricket), was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with Greg and he clearly knew his stuff about the units!
