Wow, from beginning to end. Other carpet places said I couldn’t get installed until January. I’m done before thanksgiving with the same carpet. I was told 2 days for install but they were done in a few hours! Granted, I had no furniture to move but great speedy crew.

Overall experience was the best. Great advise from store owners to help us choose appropriate flooring for our needs. Installers for both laminate and carpet were professional, courteous and put up with our curious pup! Would recommend American Flooring to anyone looking for flooring products.

I worked closely with the owner, who was wonderful! The measuring, ordering, etc went very smoothly. The installers got right to work and did a good job. Our only issue was that they were very rough moving the furniture and left alot of marks on the walls, closets, etc. I now have to clean that up and tough up paint. I know moving the furniture around is not easy but I felt they could use more caution. I let the owner know about this issue. Otherwise, American Flooring was great to work with and I feel that I got a good value for recarpeting our bedrooms.

I love my floors! The installers were wonderful. They did an excellent job. They were on time, did a professional job, worked fast, and cleaned everything , leaving no mess behind. Great in moving furniture. Overall I am greatly pleased with the installation and installers,

I had new carpet installed at my home. The installers showed up on time, were extremely helpful with moving and replacing furniture, and cleaned up after the installation was complete. The carpet looks great. I'm very happy with my experience with American Flooring.

From my first phone call, to the estimator who came to my house, to the very helpful showroom staff, to the carpenters who installed the floors, and the project manager who ensured everything was done to my satisfaction, American Flooring was with me every step of the way. The price was a very good value and I'll enjoy these floors for a long time!

The staff in store were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They asked what my needs were and gave me multiple options to choose from that met my needs. I was very satisfied with my experience in store. Their prices can’t be beat and the quality of carpet and work is exceptional! Tom and his crew that installed the carpet were friendly and professional. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend American Flooring to anyone!

We recently used American Flooring to install LVP in our home - and I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the result. From working with Maureen in selection of flooring, through to install, the experience was very positive. The installation crew (Marquis, Jakhari, Rickey and Shavazz) was friendly, professional and efficient. They did a great job! I would definitely recommend American Flooring without hesitation.

I'd say we'll shop again but they took such great care of us in replacing nearly every square foot of floor in our house so I hope I don't need to for awhile :) . If I do need any flooring I'll be back to American Flooring and sharing their name every chance a get. Great people who legitimately want to help you get the flooring materials you will love.

So far, the experience has been excellent-from knowledgeable show room staff to experienced installers. Just had it installed 2 days ago but very happy and will recommend them.
