I am a business owner and I understand how hard it can be to get to things quickly while keeping a backlog for the employees to have steady work. I called in the morning and was lucky enough to have someone out the same day to repair a shower leak. I had now idea what caused the leak and would have understood almost any charge I would have gotten. Turned out to be something small and the bill I received for the emergency service was very reasonable in my opinion.
I could not have asked for a better result.

Midafternoon on a Sunday I found sewage backing up in our basement. I left a message and within 30 minutes received a call back from Matt. Matt spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping me decipher if it was a septic tank or sewage pipe problem. He also explain the difference in cost between him coming out on Sunday vs. Monday. With the help of my neighbor's bathroom, I waited until Monday. I was very impressed. They explained what they were looking for, what they found, they did a double check before leaving, and the total cost on Monday was $28 more than it would have been to just have them

I have to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Neil, who came out in the pouring rain last night. My garage was flooded and it was creeping up to the getting in the basement level. Neil, was AMAZING!! He used every trick in his book to get the water down in the catch basin, which was overflowing. There were "snakes" going in both directions of the outside pipes. He worked diligently for over 2 hours until he finally got it. I can't say thank you enough, for all you did.

Over the years we have used Martens to: replace our well pump, install a water softener, do substantial re-plumbing in our 150 year old home, replace clothes washer plumbing, replace the entire pressure tank system on our well, replace our furnace (including some tricky ductwork), move our gas clothes dryer, install a dishwasher, and replace our air conditioner. The Martens family and the people they hire are 'top-drawer.' They are reliable and competent. It's great to know that an ethical, experienced, reasonably priced team is available to us for these kinds of projects.
