Pionarch Design and Construction is actively looking for an enthusiastic LICENSED architect to join our 5 person design team. The individual must be experienced in construction documentation detailing for wood and masonry as well as steel. Knowledge of contemporary design and techniques as well as energy codes and regulations.

We needed to expand the footprint of our house so we could end up with more storage space, a place to park our cars inside, a shop to work in. Sounds simple but between the town zoning board and getting the design to work with the existing structure (someof it 1850), made the design not so simple.
But Lidia and Pionarch came up with a great solution which we could walk through, up the stairs turn the corner into the new space and also see what it would look like from the outside. They explained it to the zoning board and the variance was unanimously granted.

We recently worked with Pionarch to design an addition of a great room and a guest suite to our home, with a redesign of our garage and entryway. Dauam and Lidia were fantastic to work with from the very beginning, always professional and responsive. The design they came up with is smart, beautiful, exactly what we wanted, and has us excited to break ground in the Spring. If you’re considering a renovation, you can’t go wrong with Pionarch! They do great work.

Michael and his team were awesome from the time they arrived to the time they left. Lidia is a brilliant designer who presents many design concepts for her client's consideration. My 1970's raised ranch has been transformed into a hip modern home with a much better flow and wonderful light. Our friends are stunned at the transformation.

Lidia, the designer, and her husband, Michal, the contractor, are like a dream team. I am so happy with what they did for me. All my friends are floored with what they came up with. It is stunning! But not only is their work impeccable, and their sense of design creative and amazing, they are wonderful to work with. They are so reliable and personable. They are the type of people you would want to invite over for dinner after they’re finished. I can’t recommend them enough. You won’t be disappointed .

Just finished a major project with Pionarch on our second floor including a master bath. Lidia did a phenomenal job with the design and floor plan...it was truly a delight to work with her. She made the process so easy! Once the design was complete, Michal took over the construction phase. He is extremely easy to work with, very likable, honest and trustworthy. It was great having the two of them collaborating together. With our home being over 100 years old, we had a few surprises, but Lidia and Michal always made sure any solution was to our satisfaction.
