We hired Binetti construction to build two new homes. From the very beginning it was a hassle to get Binetti construction to quality work.
He could not account for the money we gave him, he did not have money to pay his subcontractors, so my husband had to take over managing the job and paying the subcontractors out of his own pocket. We had to take this matter into Arbitration, because Mike Benetti took $69,000 from us with no work produced for that amount. And when confronted by my husband that he wanted proof of where his money was spent, Mike Benetti was verbally abusive .
