Mike quoted my mother $135 to remove a stump from her front yard the following morning almost 2 weeks ago. He never showed up or called until this morning. He decided that bc he didn't get out of his truck and see the size of the stump that he'd charge $200 instead. That would have been fine, however, he grinned the stump and left the wood chips in place of the trunk!! My mother is a disabled senior citizen and would never in a million years be able to remove all of the mess that he left!! He is unprofessional. And I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Mike is real quick to give an estimate but good luck trying to get him out to do the job. He gave us an estimate back in January and said it would be 6 weeks so we waited and contacted him 6 weeks later and he said it would be 2 more weeks. Then 2 more weeks then 2 more weeks.. it's been over 4 months and he still hasn't done the job..we finally had to get someone who could get it done. If he didn't want to do the job then he should have told us instead of making excuses. We could have had this done months ago but we kept taking him at his word that it would be 2 weeks more. Just a total waste

Mike came to grind a stump for my neighbor a day later than he originally said. He came beating on my door before 8:30 telling me to move my cars from my own driveway. He didn't even wait for me to get dressed (I'd just gotten out of the shower) before he started grinding the stump and spraying debris all over my cars. Tore up my yard with his machine and left before it was cleaned up. Talk about serious lack of service and respect for others' property, I now have to reseed my lawn because of this loser.

Called to have him give me an estimate on removing a couple trees in my yard. Made an appointment for him come over “on Monday”, but no specific time range. I waited around all day and he no call/no showed on me. Unreliable and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with this joker.

Mike came out and quoted us a price on one tree and stump almost immediately. he said he could do the job in 3 weeks but got an opening in 2 weeks and called one morning to see if he could come by that afternoon. His crew arrived and we enquired about adding a smaller tree. No problem! in an hour and 15 minutes,z the two trees and stumps were cleared and any debris cleaned up. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Mike's tree service to anyone. There were two big trees between my house and the next which worried me everytime a high wind storm would come around. They were great. First, they had the proper equipment to do the job. You could also see safety was a priority. They watched each other and all had their safety gear on. They work like an assembly line. One cutting with others controlling the lowering of large branches. They would big equipment to drag the larger branches to a chipper that made chips out of logs. Most of all they protected the lawn with heavy thick rubber mats
