J. E. Dungan began building single family homes in the mid 1960's. His son Mike came on board and began learning the skills in 1967. In 2004, Mike's son Josh became the third generation of Dungans to enter the homebuilding industry. Mike Dungan has been building custom homes in Montgomery, Greene, and Miami County subdivisions for over 45 years.
