Services
We are a Family owned and operated septic business that was established in the 1960's by Myrtle and Stan Pancic, we were incorporated in 1972. Stan's Septic Service & Concrete Products, Inc. has become one of the leading providers of professional septic service in Charlotte County, Sarasota County, Desoto County FL and the surrounding areas.
DO have your aerobic treatment units pumped out every 1 to 2 years depending on the water usage. DO call a professional whenever you experience problems with your septic system, or if there are any signs of system failure. DO keep a detailed record of repairs, pumping, inspections, permits issued and other maintenance activities.
About our service, we will do whatever we can to help save the customer money. We ourselves do not want to buy something we don't absolutely need, so we will never try to sell you or tell you to replace something that you don't need. When pumping out your septic tank we will not destroy your perfectly good tank trying to open the lid or tell you that your tank needs to be replaced when it does not, in order to sell you a new one.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my husband and I had a negative experience with Stan's Septic company last week that I wanted to share.
As part of the installation service the quote states that they will re-seed the yard , rake in and cover with straw. This was a selling point for me as it saved me the added time and expense of replacing the lawn.
After installing a new septic tank at my house, Stan’s Septic left a mess in the yard. There was dirt and straw everywhere, and it looked terrible. There were ruts from the tractor, the grass seed was not evenly spread and the straw had all blown

Professional and courteous. I used them after my previous contractor discontinued their maintenance service contract. I needed a new contractor for an inspection maintenance agreement as per state law. They picked up the contract w/o an initial first time sign setup fee that some competitors ask for before you sign on with them. Wouldn't hesitate to use them in other areas as well.
Excellent customer service and responsive!

Visiting with my Mother-In-Law. Toilet not working well. Thought maybe it was a clogged vent. Upon further inspection, found tank possibly full and also very wet in the area of the exit port of the tank which was concerning (failed leach field????). Called Stans on the day before Thanksgiving at 12pm. Lady on the phone was very nice and accomodating. I explained the situation and she checked with Louie? and said someone would be there in 20-30 minutes. Louie arrive with his young and very polite apprentice and went to work. Very professional and took the time to thoroughly inspect and explained
