I used this company to clean my septic system. They were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly.
They diagnosed and remedied my issue quickly.
They were respectful of my landscaping even though some of it was over the access covers. I highly recommend them.

My septic tank was "supposedly" cleaned out about 2.5 years ago from a different company. I remember the person who did it say that they couldn't drain anymore for some odd reason. So my tank was never completely drained. It began leaking the other day and I decided to contact this company instead after reading the reviews. I spoke to Melissa on the phone and explained the situation. I informed her that it would have to be after I got off work and she made adjustments for me. Melissa was professional and very friendly. Excellent service! I called Zach at 7:01, had an appointment by 7:13 and the technician, James showed up by 8:30. James was able to complete the septic pump we needed, but also went above and beyond to trouble shoot another issue that required attention. He was polite, professional and helpful. Miller Septic is the ONLY place I will call to handle any septic issue I have. They are always professional. They explain what the problem is and what they can do to fix it. They have the best prices I have found in the area! I couldn't recommend this company enough!!!

I called them first thing this morning. Within 2 hours of my phone call James the tech called and said he was on his way. He was personable and professional, and took excellent care of me. He fixed what was wrong, and got my home operational again. The price was reasonable too! I would gladly recommend this company, and I will use them again when the time comes. Great job!

Zach was very helpful today. I was concerned I was having issues with our septic which is only a year old. But Zach came out today and checked everything out. He told me what he thought was happening and what to look for in the future. I will definitely be calling him back when we need service.

I called first thing this morning around 7:30am. And a very nice gentlemen name Billy came right out. And fixed our problem. He was very nice and very professional. I would use them again. I highly recommend this company. Everyone from answering the phone to the technician was amazing. There office is located in North Fort Myers, so i wasn't sure if they serviced the Lehigh Acres area or not. I'm very thankful they did. Tell everyone who needs there service to call them. Trust me, you want be disappointed. Amazing people....

Our toilet ran over last night and we knew we needed to get our septic system pumped. We called 2 places. The first one had a message service and we never heard back from them. Then we called Miller and he answered the phone! They fit us in the next morning. AWESOME SERVICE!!! This is the only place I will use from now on. I highly recommend them as well. It's so nice to deal with a local, family owned business!
