Liberty septic was at my house within an hour and half from the time I called. The tech, John, was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My appointment was at 10. John was set up and ready to pump my septic tank by the appointment time and was done by 10:25. He walked me through the process and explained what we could do to prevent future clogs. I would highly recommend Liberty Septic to anyone in need of septic services!

We have used other companies in the past who come no where near these guys. The overall customer service experience , the pricing, and flexibility, can't be beat!! We use their services for projects we need to complete for our own customers. Even with calling in last minute Septic tank pump outs, they get it done! Liberty definitely is an A++ company, we greatly appreciate all their hard work.

When I was looking for someone to pump my septic tank, they were responsive, gave me a same day appt and called before going. Excellent service, professional people and responsible. had called 3 other companies and they left me waiting and not even a call.

Bruce, the owner, came out and drained our septic. He did a great job, but 3 weeks later I noticed the drain-out had water in it. Bruce came out promptly and removed a blockage between the house and the clean-out and there was no charge for the follow-up visit! Bruce stands behind his work and puts the customer first. I recommend this company highly due to their customer service. Good job, Bruce!

I had a major blockage that another plumber was unable to take care of so I contacted Bruce. He explained that it would require my main line to be jetted and gave me an impressive quote on the price. He came out the same day and took care of the issue right away. He was prompt and courteous and even followed up with me the following day to make sure everything was working properly. If you're in need of someone that will treat you right, I highly recommend Bruce at Liberty Grease and Septic.

I love how they handled the reinspected on the septic tank for our home to be sold. The Company come out first said it was broke and wanted to charge us $2500. I would recommend Liberty Grease Septic & Drains ! To do any sand all the work for me before I called any one Else.

Absolutely amazing! Do not hesitate to contact this company. They come out quickly and do an outstanding job! Their employees and owner are absolutely top notch. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. They are honest and do not try to sell you things you do not need, originally I contacted another company we had used in the past but something didn't sound right when they said we needed to replace the entire filter or all of these terrible things will happen.... turns out the one we currently have only needed to be pulled out and cleaned. The other company wanted to charge us

Very pleased with this company. I called and spoke with Bruce the owner explained to him my toilets were bubbling and he told me he would be able to come out the very next day. He was very prompt and informative and great customer service. After he left we felt very satisfied with his service. We will definitely be calling Bruce for any future services and we highly recommend him.
