Great advertisement. I called them, as they came highly recommended from a family member. I wanted them to install a door that I had purchased from Menards. They came out. Were not able to access property due to gate being closed/locked. I live in a rural area 14 miles outside of K3. Maybe they didn't like the drive or maybe they don't like working with ranchers such as myself. They were not willing to reschedule and even indicated they were short handed Blah blah blaah. I have used Door Masters several times in the past, and had been happy with their work and service, until today. I ordered a full garage door install including operator at the end of April. I was told it would be about 2 weeks until the door was in. That was going to work out perfectly for the install, because I had time off of work later in May to deal with it. All that time, all of May, came and went with no door. The door did not come in until the very beginning of June (2 weeks late), and did not get scheduled for install until 8 June. This delay was probably not the fault of Door Masters,

I have had them out 3 times now including an emergency last night. They were packed full yesterday with appointments and the receptionist shuffled things around to make sure to get someone out to deal with out issue. Everyone was super professional and didn't try to overcharge, just do the work necessary. I trust their opinions and will be recommending them/using them for all my garage needs!

Door Masters technicians have provided my house with maintenance for over ten years. A co-worker referred me to them when he was leaving for vacation on a major holiday and couldn't get anyone to come out to fix his door. Tech from Door Masters got there right away. They added little things I never thought of such as a handle inside the door and changed roller that I didn't even notice was causing the rattle. The techs were all extremely polite, came on time or a little early. I very much recommend contacting them for routine maintenance, problems and new doors.

We had a broken spring in our two door garage. I called Door Masters and they provided me with a good quote and same-day service. The repairman called to give me time to get home, took less than the given time to replace both springs, and I was able to get back to work within an hour and a half. Now the door works better than ever before!
