Melanie at Everything Amish truly went above and beyond to make sure my children’s playset exceeded my family’s expectations. She was very transparent and EXTREMELY pleasant to deal with! There were some minor issues on the way I designed the playset and Melanie worked with the builder to create a design that worked within my budget and maintained all the safety features normally incorporated into these playsets. Quality furniture but when I had a desk custom made it wasn't the light color I asked for so I complained to management and they said there was nothing they could do, so I filed a BBB complaint and they then put some type of lacquer on it to lighten it. They act as if they are not holding this against me but they are. I've gone in twice since then and asked the lady that first helped me to check on a price to have something else custom made and I never get a call back. I would only buy things there now that are on the floor for sale because it is quality furniture. I don't know that I would ever

Bought a 12 ' x 20' shed from them in Oct 2008. Had it customized with double steel side doors, and one metal garage door.Though shed was built sturdy, and garage door was adequate, the double steel side doors begin to deteriorate internally within 5 years, to the point of replacing this Apr 2018. The thinly sheets of steel, wrap particle board on the door, and are sold as steel doors.
I contacted Everythibg Amish, to work with me on replacement. However their stand was that these doors were nearly 10 years old, and supposedly passed my info on too an Amish worker, that would contact me by a pay

Great customer service and the show room has just about everything you could want to look at. We just ordered a bedroom set the other day and are very excited for it to arrive. The quality of the products cant be beat and the price was very reasonable. I will upload pictures of our set once its delivered.
