The absolute biggest crooks out there when it comes to car dealerships. I spent 500$ three different times to fix the same AC problem that they caused. When my car started to overheat I brought it back and they told me they would change all the liquids and “when it happens again” we’ll replace all the sensors. Well, sure enough, it happened again and this time my piston fell through into my engine and they told me it was my fault and it would cost $15,000 to fix when I still owed $11,000 on the car. They literally destroyed my car and blamed me for it. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from these people

Horrible Experience here!!! Stay far far away. They knew we were coming to see the car...dirty target bag in the back with trash. Pine needles in all crevices...I feel bad cause we would of wanted to give the sales guy Nick a sale but the general manager Bob Stanley is a piece of $h*t. I have never been spoken to in such a way he did. Car is still there 2 weeks later (price reduced, cause it's junk) and we made a deal somewhere else. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I had a good experience buying my first car. My dad (the car guy) would say differently. First he was irritated they gave us a low ball offer on my 2013 Ford Fiesta. I didn’t really mind because we could sell… it elsewhere for what it’s worth. Only thing that irritated me, and him, is the APR. Advertised said 0.9% APR for new 2021 Crosstrek models. I wanted to do a 60 month financing option. Apparently, unless you do the 48 month option the APR goes up significantly. For the 60 months it is 2.9% APR and for 72 months it is 3.9%. This dealership is not the closest Subaru dealer to my home. I had an experience with a closer dealership that made me lose trust in them, so I decided to try Piazza. This a dealership that ,in my opinion, wants do the right thing for their customers. I recently had a windshield replaced on my Ascent, which was about 50% less than the Subaru dealership I bought it at. However, afterwards the wipers didn't work right, they didn't place blame, they didn't make excuses, they just fixed it and made it right. After I had my Ascent returned, I bought a new 2020 Legacy from them. I had many quotes from other dealerships, and through the Costco Auto Program. I told Netty, my Sales person, I'm not telling you the price of the other quotes, the dealership with the lowest

I highly recommend them. I am a car guy for 30 years and hate having to go to a dealership and get ripped off. Like.going in for an oil change and 350 bucks later BS. Then explaining to the wife that the extra stuff is BS. At Piazza I can tell you. They have been 100% homest. I have total faith in them and trust me you have to earn that from me. They are professionals. Great and friendly staff and I highly recommend for anything. I love these guys. First dealership I have ever said that about in 30 years.
