The young man was very polite and was the go between the service tech and me. I was very stressed out and extremely tired and had to wait for over 3 hours. It started out as a recall for the Jack on my 2021 Trailblazer and then I needed a state inspection which would expire on 12/31 so needed to get that done. I didn’t know my inspection was due since I bought the car in February 2021 so I thought I had a few more months but he explained to me that the car was most likely sitting on the lot for 2 months which I didn’t know about. Very easy to work with. I found the car I wanted at their dealership via the web. As I live over 2 hours away, I was able to hold the car and then come down at my leisure to inspect the car and make sure it was really what I wanted. Lito was my salesman and he was great. There were no pressure tactics or silly games, such as the "Let me go talk to my manager," garbage. Just a smooth transaction. If I lived closer, I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends.
