They got my car in for inspection on short notice and even showed me a video of things to keep an eye on. Did the repairs I asked for and applied a discount/coupon which I didn’t even know about. Dan did a very good job with check in and out and had a free rental for the day ready for me. I was very happy with the experience.

Very accommodating and attention to detail and service! I had a tire problem over the holidays, and on the same day I called, they made a loaner available to me for a trip to the city that I had planned with family. Although the tire issue turned into something more complicated, Dan Goldman worked with me every step of the way to make sure that the car was taken care of with exceptional detail and returned to me as promised! I’ve had BMWs for about 20 years, and changed to Thompson with the purchase of my 2020, and won’t go to any other dealership after their wonderful service!

Always great service, friendly associates, and great recommendations. I have a BMW service center closer to my house but none of the above is even close to experience receive that Thompson’s. They are worth the extra miles to ensure your ultimate driving machine remains that way. I can’t say enough good things about them. I had the pleasure of finding the best BMW sales rep in the country at this dealership in Denise Rossi. I had a unique situation in that I was traveling from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania for this vehicle. That alone proved difficult with timing and logistics but the biggest hurdle was finding someone who was willing to work with my out of state tribal citizenship for sales tax purposes. I wasn't willing to pay out of state 6-9% sales tax when my tribe only makes me pay 1.5% for sales tax. To make things even more difficult, this market is nuts right now with extremely limited inventory. I

I bought a 2017 Mazda CX-5 here over the weekend. I haven't yet picked the car up but, based on my experience up to this point, I feel pretty confident the final steps will go smoothly. I saw the listing on Car Gurus and dropped in without an appointment after a frustrating visit to another Doylestown dealer. Things were pretty busy but I was helped within a few minutes. I now have a newborn & a car that will not pass inspection. Also as of now only have my husbands income which all gets ciphered into medical bills for cancer treatments and living expenses. 2000 in repairs only to not be able to drive the car and no remedy to the situation still. Bought a car from Thompson BMW with the worst salesman David Dembrosky. I test drove the car and as soon as I hit the breaks, the rear pads started squeaking. I mentioned the brakes and David didn't say anything after I asked if they could be replaced. A few moments later he insisted that I have 20,000 miles life left on the pads. I bought the car and that's all David cared about. I live in Maryland, so when I got the MD inspection, I failed. I failed due to a leaking rh front strut , a leaking rear differential, missing lift pads, and almost due to my rear brakes. I called the dealership

I called service department of Thompson BMW for recall my 650xi ground coup , the woman who answered the phone was not nice at all with me to talk about my car for recall to make on appointment, so I just hanged up. I would not recommend anyone to go to that dealer ship.

Every visit seems there is an "issue"....front desk that do not have their stuff together or having to bring my vehicle back for service that was not diagnosed properly.

On one of my last visits I waited forever for them to return my car after turning in a loaner....was directed by a head nod to a vehicle that was not mine!

Do yourself a favor especially if you are out of warranty & find a good Euro mechanic.

By far, one of the worst service departments I have ever dealt with. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. The staff is rude. The valet workers just sit there and stare at you when you pull up. I will NEVER GO BACK.

So hard to buy a car here. 11 o'clock appt, sales guy busy with another customer tells us he will be ready in 15 minutes, we get coffee wait an additional 15. Still not ready.

I guess they sell enough here. A giant waste of time. You really can not make this up. The sales manager should have sat down with us and started the process but clearly they just do not care!!!

I really try not to judge a company based off of reviews and try to give a honest opinion on my own which sometimes comes back to bite me in the keester as it did with my Thompson BMW experience .. they clearly have the wrong person running their service department .. Do not waste your time. I had to follow up with them at least five times regarding a quote and the service Dept never sent me an email with the quote. It is not like I asked anything tricky. Rather they are just too incompetent to actually do their job. I ended up going to BMW of the Main Line. They were on it as soon as I showed interested in getting my car serviced there.

After visiting another BMW dealer closer to my home and having a bad experience. I had decided to look at other car options. However in my heart I still wanted a BMW so I visited another dealer and had the absolute best experience. Dawn Morgan of Thompson BMW restored my faith. First off, I've been a Thompson customer for over a decade. Thompson's Lexus was exceptional, the staff was amazing and very patient and immensely helpful.

I decided to make the change over to BMW 8 years into being a Thompson's customer. Exceptional car at a horrible dealership. Everyone steer away from Dave who's part of the sales team. He is as ingenuine as it gets or in other words the classic salesman. He could care less about the customer, he wants his cut and wants to get you out the door. I had a leak in my trunk. Thompson could not find the cause. They wanted to rip the whole interior out of the car, which would've cost me thousands of dollars and force me into getting rid of the car, which is great orangey red and looks and drives like a new one. My local mechanic found the problem which was particles getting in and clogging the drain under the top. They said to go to the dealer and have them blow it out. They showed me the water in the drain. I have an upcoming appointment. That's why people that are smart,do not go to dealer. Shame on you Thompson Service department

Matt, Laura and Mike are the M performance team at Thompson BMW service. They are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough! They are professional, courteous, accommodating, and most importantly treat customers' vehicles with the utmost care.
