I felt like the sales people weren't as excited to have me as a customer because I was looking at an older used vehicle. A big deal was made to bring me in for a test drive appointment and I received very good correspondence reminding me of my appointment so everything could be ready for my test drive. I arrived a few minutes late and the car was not only not ready but they had an issue starting it. However, Brian was very patient and sweet. He handled the situation well which I am very thankful for.

I was in the market for the new 2022 outback wilderness. I had nothing but countless headaches dealing with numerous dealerships in New Jersey. Really outstanding experience! I went with my parents who were used to older cars with knobs as opposed to touchscreens, and our salesman, Logan, went over ALL the new technology with them, and went above and beyond to make videos for them to refer back to. He was so eager to make sure they were comfortable with everything -- he spent a lot of time with us. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and it was all very smooth and pleasant -- made me want to buy there too! Would highly recommend.

Recently purchased a certified pre-owned Outback there. When I got home discovered the Rear Automatic Braking (RAB) was disabled and the Thule roof rack key was missing. After salesperson Checked with Service Manager I was told to call Thule if I wanted a key. Service Manager never got back to me on the RAB problem after multiple attempts. Went to other Subabru dealer who had to order brackets for two sensors that had fallen out. The only positive in this experience was the representative at Subaru Customer Advocacy Department when I complained about the lack of service at Doylestown Subaru

This past Monday I bought my first car at Fred Beans Subaru and had an awesome experience all around. Logan was really knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at and didn't make me feel pressured at all! If you're thinking of buying a Subaru definitely ask for Logan. Plus he's a dead head, what else could you want in a care salesman?

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if you are a female. They went back on prior negotiations, and staff was rude and not at all helpful in the process. I walked away from the deal, and Im super glad I did. The next day they listed the vehicle for less that I would have paid for it yesterday which was their "non-negotiable best deal". Not at all a trustworthy experience. They lost my business over $300 two days before the end of the year on a vehicle that had been on their lot for months, that is now listed as cheaper.

My parents have always recommended Fred beans dealerships and now I understand why! I've visited several different car dealerships and had bad experiences with pushy and rude sales people, but it was just the opposite at Fred beans Subaru. I just bought my first car from any dealership there and they were very friendly and helpful to meet my budget!

We bought a car yesterday from Fred Beans Subaru.
I called in the morning and Ron Dolan assisted with our request for a used 2008 Subaru Forester with a manual transmission. We got there hours later, and Ron had the car waiting. Horrible experience with this dealership and their pushy and annoying salesman; seems typical of the Fred Beans dealerships. Stop badgering prospective buyers constantly via phone and email. I hear their commercials all the time that nobody will beat their prices; well A&T Subaru and Reedman Toll Subaru both did by over $2000 for the exact same car and package. They wouldn't even try to match the price, let alone beat it.

Love my Forester. Would buy another, but not here. They promise you the moon, but don't deliver.
Called them for inspection and emissions on April 4. Snarky girl told me they couldn't get to it until May. May! I have an April sticker.
Complained to Fred Beans. No reply. Complained to corporate Subaru. No reply.
Here's the best part. Keenan Honda was only too happy to inspect my Subaru two days later. Plus, I got to see the new CRV.

I've been driving Subarus for years, but recently my 2018 Legacy steering wheel began to wobble when going over 45 mph. Also, an unfamiliar beeping materialized occasionally, though not necessarily simultaneously with the wobbling steering wheel. When I called the dealership, understandably unsettled by the steering issue, the mechanic tried to get me to fix it over the phone by pressing various buttons on the dash. I was greeted warmly and helpfully by the manager. I introduced her to my husband and I said that I was interested in a test drive. She introduced me to a salesman. I described what I was looking for and he went to locate a car for us to drive. Then he made 3 really stupid mistakes:
