Made an appointment online specifying what needs to be done for 2:15, reached their at about 1:45pm dropped my car and decided to avoid the indoor closed space and go for a walk. Received a call after 45-50mins from a service agent what does my car? -oil change and he says it will take a minimum of 2hours!
2 hours for an oil change with appointment? I can understand 2hours without an appointment.
Never going back again, wasted my afternoon.

I would give negative stars if it were possible. My vehicle was brought in from the rain storm in September and my Lexus NX was water damaged. Guess what it’s November and it’s still there. And I have no idea what they are doing with my car. It took them about a month to even look at the car. Second I’ve been calling to speak to my advisor and the person who pick up calls tells me his busy with a customer and that they will leave him a message to call back. Guess what I’ve had yet to get a call back. It got so bad to the point where I told them to put me on hold until he can talk. Lastly

Came in on a friday afternoon with my husband to double check the appointment we made online, supposedly scheduled the next day. We both approached the front desk. The two girls answered us sarcastically, especially the older lady. How are we supposed to know that englewood lexus doesn't use their online booking option. They could have answer us in a nice way. Those two employees should undergo a massive work ethic seminar.. Disgusted how this facility works. Never again ill book an appointment with this location.

I have been going here for sometime now. They are extremely professional. It is slightly expensive but for luxury car servicing they cost much less than comparable brands. I like the fact that they give loaner cars when it is going to take sometime to either service or fix something. Only thing I was a little bummed about was that they couldn't find a noise which was coming from the dash speaker cover being a little loose which I had to fix myself.

I've been taking my older Toyota SUV here for service for the past 5 years. This time I wanted new bumpers installed which I purchased myself. I knew the job would be difficult due to the age of the car and I was right! Mike P. put in a tremendous effort and was extremely professional. I was absolutely thrilled with the results! A company of cheaters. If you don't want to be played with like monkeys, stay away from them. On top of that, their offer was $4,000 higher than the other offer. They give you a good price over the phone, and when you arrive after an hour or so drive, the price changes, and it's $6,000 more than the original price. Plus, all the praise is bought by them. Please cherish yourself and stay away from this group of cheaters

It’s a very high end car service center with friendly staff. They also offer you hot coffee/expresso & cookies in their hospitality bar. They have very professional service advisors. You can download the Lexus Drivers app and log in to see your vehicle(s) and call to make your service appointment from the app. This place is highly recommended.
