They were great. I had 2 companys I was getting a quote from. I missed both appointments cause of a flat tire. The first company never responded 4 seasons called me and set me up a nother appointment with in couple days. Lady in office was so nice. Very nice people. I missed my appointment for a quote but that was not a problem they had someone there 2 days later.

The person that gives you the quote super nice. The guys that come and install are also great. The person that handles the phones is rude and has a major attitude. Also if things are not working correctly they say not their fault, also like to upcharge you.
First issue the AC is not cooling the whole house and so all of the sudden the ducts aren't big enough. You should of known that when you came to install th AC unit and fixed it at that time. Which still hasn't been fixed. Second the thermostat they installed does not give us an option for heat. So we cannot turn on the heat and the rude girl

I would like to start out by saying 4 Seasons Air was 1,855.00 below the other company I was looking at for the exact same brand & models for new furnace and A/C unit and work to be done, with that being said they showed up on time with a team of 4 I say team because they all worked together and helped each other to get the job done. When they were done my house looked just like it did before they got their ,they did a Great job and cleaned before leaving. I asked each person many questions and every 1 was answered & explained. 1 more thing a big thanks to Brad & Bran the owners for their help

Bran installed a mini split to my sunroom. This company went over and beyond and made getting my sunroom transformed into a liveable space so easy. I needed help with the door frame and electrical too. Four Seasons got me in touch with a contractor who could do what they didn’t. They got the job done . quickly and are very nice, kind hearted people. Highly recommend.
