Gregg E. Sawyer, President & CEO - born and raised in Pasco County provides a combination of formal training and 42 years of hands-on field experience is the founder and head of this team. Gregg graduated from LSU majoring in Architecture, has a Florida Building license since 1983, and Alabama Building license since 2008.

This collection was photographed in May of 2019. This is the initial & most important phase of construction. This home is built on a stem-wall. This type of construction is different than a traditional monolithic slab. The concrete is added in 2-phases. The phase you see below is the footing & steel phase.
